24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.*
Late? Over 15 minutes may mean a shorter service or reschedule.*
No-shows = full charge *
Online booking- a credit/debit card is required for booking.
Services are nonrefundable, but we will redo something you do not love within 7 days of your service.
Extra Guests- We kindly request that if you are bringing someone, they be booked as well, due to space limitations.
Non-refundable deposits are required to book extension installs, creative colors, corrective colors, and multi-hour appointments.

Hey! We totally get that things and life come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the service.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
Running late? We will do our best to fit you in, but we may have to shorten or reschedule your service.

For that reason, our prices are firm and non-negotiable. We value your trust and are committed to providing you with the best experience every time you sit in our chair.
All card transactions will have a processing fee applied upon checkout.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and Venmo payments.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure select appointments, such as:
New client creative/corrective color services
Extension installs
Specialty or multi-hour appointments

Damage Disclaimer:
We will always provide capes and towels, but sometimes color gets messy. We ask that you do not wear anything that you do not want potentially stained. We are not liable for any lost, stained, or damaged clothing, jewelry, or accessories.
Right to Refuse Service:
We’re all about good vibes and great hair! To keep our salon a safe and positive space for everyone, we kindly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is being disrespectful, inappropriate, or making requests that aren’t in line with our professional standards.

If you're feeling under the weather, we totally get it — but we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. We love sharing laughs and great hair… just not germs.

Chemical Use Disclaimer:
Yes, we use chemicals — the salon-safe, professional kind, not the Breaking Bad kind. Whether it’s color, bleach, or smoothing treatments, science is involved in your transformation!
While we work our hair wizardry with care, there’s always a chance your hair might have a little attitude— especially if it’s been through some things (like box dye, chlorine, or a fling with a flat iron).
Patch and strand tests are available (and encouraged!) because surprises should happen at birthday parties, not at the salon. We promise only good surprises!
